fix: remove debug logs and fix API proxy for MFA endpoints

- Remove console.log debug statements from Modal component that were causing hover event spam
- Fix Next.js API proxy configuration to use Docker service name 'api' instead of 'localhost'
- Resolves 404 errors for MFA status endpoint (/console/api/account/mfa/status)

This fixes the API communication between frontend and backend containers in Docker environment.
