refactor Apply DI to WorkflowNodeExecutionRepository.

Introduces workflow node execution repository across chat and
workflow generators to enhance task tracking and execution
management. Uses session factory for database operations and
removes redundant session initialization. Improves consistency
and performance in handling workflow node executions.
