feat: add LLM node thinking tags configuration

- Add a configuration option to control thinking tag processing in LLM nodes.
- When set to false, removes <think></think> blocks from reasoning models such as DeepSeek-R1 and Qwen.
- Defaults to true for backward compatibility.
